Steering Self Centering

Hi, I believe the self centering is related to the castor, bit like a shopping trolly wheel. I'm guessing your shims were removed for the rebuild (from the lower wishbone-to-chassis), and these influence the geometry a lot (if they were ever right when you got the car).1

ps, toe and steering rack condition (ans ball joints and shocks) don't have any significant influence on the self centering…… castor is where it's at
