Wear of selector forks often looks a lot worse than it is. It's probably not worth trying to replace them individually, but rather get hold of a complete replacement (secondhand!) selector mechanism if that really is the problem. Unfortunately you will probably find the reason the box jumps out of gear is within the actual selector hub on the gearbox mainshaft.
If your original box is a Herald box, and the replacement one IS a GE prefix (Herald 13/60) then you can swap gearboxes directly, and also swap complete selector units (just unbolts from the top of the gearbox) without taking the box out of the car.
