Quarter Light Windows

The lower swivel bolt's nut¹ tends to freeze with rust and snap off
the threaded shaft when removing the nut. I solved that problem by cutting the
spring on the shaft in half and then threading the remains of the shaft with the
correct UNF die to enable re-instalation. I suggested this once before and
others have found that it works just fine.
